🧪 Online Signup — Test Mode
Opens the public signup page (signup.darttelecom.com) using Stripe test keys. Identical to the live site — but no real money moves.
How to test
- Click Launch Test Signup — it opens in a new tab.
- Fill in any customer details (use a test email).
- Use a Stripe test card or test bank details below.
- Submit — the order will appear in Online Orders as usual.

Settings are saved in your browser. Your browser will ask for microphone access when a call is made.

- Under OAuth & Permissions add Bot Token Scopes:
chat:write,im:history,im:read,users:read - Click Install App to Workspace → copy the Bot User OAuth Token (starts with
xoxb-) - Under Basic Information → App Credentials → copy the Signing Secret

- In Dialpad, go to Admin → Integrations → API and create an API key.
- Paste the key below and click Save Dialpad Settings.
- Enable the keep-alive toggle — it will set all active users to On Duty every 2 minutes. New staff are included automatically.
ⓘ How to find a Dialpad User ID
- Log into dialpad.com as an admin.
- Go to Admin → People.
- Click the staff member's name to open their profile.
- The User ID appears in the browser URL bar:
dialpad.com/admin/people/6000352690708480 - Copy that number and paste it into the Dialpad User ID field above.
Staff text on-duty or off-duty to +447445688444 to toggle their own Dialpad status.
src, billsec, disposition, calldate, original_dst. Only ANSWERED calls are charged. The CDR src field is matched to customer landline numbers automatically — the leading zero is re-added where needed (e.g. CDR 1914786322 matches CRM 01914786322). Billing: each started minute is charged in full (e.g. 62 secs = 2 mins × 1.5p = 3p). Calls are grouped by calendar month.
