Double-click microsip-bridge.vbs in the CRM folder — runs silently in background

⚠ The bridge script runs locally on each staff machine. Every machine that makes calls needs the script running. Call logs sync to Supabase so all staff see the same history.

Serves your CRM contacts as an XML phone book for the Yealink W70B DECT base station (and any Yealink IP phone). Updates automatically — no manual export needed.

- Open the W70B web admin — browse to the phone's IP address in a browser.

Push via YCMS (Yealink Central Management)
If your devices are enrolled in YCMS you can push the phonebook URL to all handsets centrally — no local network access or scripts needed.

Phonebook Contacts — Import & Manage
Import contacts from a Yealink handset's local phonebook (XML), or add entries manually. They appear in a separate "Contacts" group on all DECT handsets — no copying between handsets needed.
Import from Yealink local phonebook XML
In the W70B web admin go to Directory → Local Phone Book → Export, then upload the file here. To copy from a W73H: the handset's local book is managed through the W70B base.
⚙ Auto-sync from the phone: Run
yealink/sync-phonebook.ps1 on any PC on the same network as the W70B — it pulls the phonebook directly from the base station and uploads here automatically. Configure once with the W70B IP and your phonebook token.

PAYG Call Charges — CDR Import
Upload a CDR export CSV, analyse call usage per customer, and apply charges to their monthly bills as a separate line item.
Expected columns:
src, billsec, disposition, calldate, original_dst. Only ANSWERED calls are charged. The CDR src field is matched to customer landline numbers automatically — the leading zero is re-added where needed (e.g. CDR 1914786322 matches CRM 01914786322). Billing: each started minute is charged in full (e.g. 62 secs = 2 mins × 1.5p = 3p). Calls are grouped by calendar month.Danger Zone
